TRANSFERS
For a stay of less than 3 nights the transfer is ensured on request.
For a stay from 3 to 6 nights the transfer on arrival between airport, bus station or railway station and the ryad IS INCLUDED.
For a stay of 7 nights or more the transfer on arrival and departure between the airport, the bus station or the railway station and the ryad IS INCLUDED.

PAYMENT
DOWN PAYMENT : 30% of the amount of the stay on the booking. BALANCE : 15 days before the beginning of the stay.
Payment either by euros cheque at the order of Mr. Michel FAYSSE or by banker's transfer on our bank account in France. Bank account number addressed on request. You can also pay the balance or the totality of your stay on your arrival after our prior agreement (Give us in guarantee the name of your bank, the name and the number of your credit card and the validity date).
At reception of the down payments or the total amount of your stay the booking is definitively recorded. We will address a " VOUCHER ", receipt which will be booking certificate mentioning your Name - address - dates of stay (arrival and departure) - number of people - stay amount, down payments and balance due.
We will address you a access plane (you can see it on our Web site) as well as informations in order to help you to prepare your stay. For that send us your postal address.
The meals or extras taken in Ryad (meal, drinks etc....) are to be paid cash with Dirhams or Euros €.
CANCELLATIONS
Since the reception of a mail, a fax or cancelletion e-mail : Refunding of 50% of the paid sums (down payment or balance or totality of the stay)
21 days or more before your arrival date on Law and Average season
31 days or more before your arrival date on Hight season (Christmas- Winter and Easter)
If not loss of the the paid sums.

We will do what is necessary with the team of Ryad DAR KAOTAR for the success of your stay.We will be able to help you to organize your stay. We can book for you : Typical Moroccans restaurants, folklore spectacles, cars or 4 X 4 rental, visits with approved guides, excursions, visit and purchases in the souks, golf, swimming pool, hammam, etc... These services are to be regulated directly with the concerned people receiving benefits. The cooker and the chambermaid will ensure the service throughout your stay (breakfast-meal-etc...) and the night watchman will take care on you each evening.
Caution: A Touristic PromotionTax of 8 dirhams and a Visitor's stay tax of 15 dirhams are perceived by person lodged and by night in addition of the price indicated below. (Decree n° 2 06 571 of the 31/12/2006 and decree n°1 07 195 of the 30/11/2007) completely transferred at the Moroccan National office of Tourism (ONMT) and at the town administration of Marrakech.
